I specifically requested Lance, the owner. I needed new door and drawer seals for my 8 yo Whirlpool frig. Lance gave me so much information about how my refrigerator worked, how to maintain/clean/care for it and options for repair. He provided different
estimates: 1) based on how to order (or let him order the parts) and replace the seals myself 2) have him do both. He was very forth coming regarding shipping cost, parts, the timeliness/delays and all aspects of the services.
He also explained what a general service call and frig "tune up" would cost and the what that included.
I'd share his business info and encourage potentials customers to call him.
The office is very organized, returns phone messages and keeps the customer "in the loop" via texts.
Lance is the BEST!! Such an asset to the company. If needed again send me only Lance. Great person. Repaired both great service.
